Questo cd riunisce due album che vedono il grande sassofonista Earl Bostic alla guida di un quintetto con Richard “Groove” Holmes & Joe Pass: “Jazz As I Feel It” (King 846) e “A New Sound” (King 900), entrambi registrati nel 1960. Dopo queste sessioni, Bostic avrebbe registrato solo un altro LP, prima della sua scomparsa nel 1965.
