Questo doppio cd riunisce tre album completi del grande batterista Dave Bailey: “Gettin’ Into Somethin’“ (Epic La16011; Cd1, 1-4), “One Feet In The Gutter” (Epic La16008; Cd1, 6-7 & Cd2, 1) e “Two Feet In The Gutter” (Epic La16021; Cd2, 2-6). Gli album, registrati tra il 1960 e il 1960, vedono Bailey affiancato da grandi stelle del jazz ta cui Clark Terry, Curtis Fuller, Charlie Rouse e Bill Hardman. Come bonus sono stati aggiunti tre brani che vedono Bailey in compagnia del grande Grant Green.
