Trasferito dai nastri originali di Bernie Grundman, “Cal Tjader: Catch The Groove – Live at the Penthouse 1963-1967” è presentato set da 3 LP in edizione limitata in vinile da 180 grammi ed è disponibile anche come set Deluxe da 2 CD . Il pacchetto include riflessioni del produttore Zev Feldman e dello scrittore jazz Greg Casseus, nonché interviste con Poncho Sánchez, Eddie Palmieri, Joe Locke, Gary Burton, Carl Burnett e Brent Fischer, e una dichiarazione del figlio e della figlia di Tjader, Rob e Liz Tjader. L’ampio libretto contiene foto inedite di Ray Avery e Fred Seligo.
