Questo cd presenta lo storico concerto registrato da Ella Fitzgerald al Teatro Sistina di Roma il 25 aprile 1958. In queste registrazioni la cantante è accompagnata dal suo gruppo abituale di quel periodo, con il pianista Lou Levy, il bassista Max Bennett e il batterista Gus Johnson. Come bonus è stato aggiunto un altro concerto del 1956 a Seattle in cui Ella Fitzgerald è accompagnata da Oscar Peterson, Herb Ellis, Ray Brown e Jo Jones.
